To strengthen our Business Unit in Buchs, we are looking for a committed, motivated personality with drive and organizational talent from October 1, 2026 due to a retirement.

The position as Business Unit Assistant is possible both full-time (100%) and in a job-sharing model, where two people share the responsibility and tasks.

• You take over internal and external communication
• You organize the office, materials, work clothing, and vehicles
• You plan meetings, training sessions, and events
• You actively support marketing and social media
• You coordinate service orders between customers, project management, and technical teams
• You prepare offers, assist with invoicing, and process creditor and debtor data
• You are the good spirit of the team

• Completed commercial training and ideally experience in a comparable position
• You express yourself clearly and confidently in German
• Digital tools like Microsoft 365 and Messerli are part of your daily routine
• You work independently, think ahead, and want to develop further

The branch in Buchs is your contact for electrical engineering, telematics, and automation technology in Eastern Switzerland. We are regionally well established and provide optimal service around the clock. The offering is comprehensive and ranges from consulting, installation to commissioning.
