B&F Associate (100%, m/f/d)

For the further expansion of our Banking & Finance practice in Zurich, we are looking for a highly qualified and innovative personality (m/f/d) who enjoys working on cross-border projects in a team and advising our clients with commitment and expertise. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from various countries and contribute your ideas to a dynamic, international environment.

Your tasks:

• Drafting and negotiating financing and banking agreements
• Legal advice and support for financing and restructuring transactions
• Coordination with internal specialist departments and external partners
• Preparation of legal opinions
• Support and development of client relationships

Your profile:

• Completed law degree and admission to the bar in Switzerland
• Several years of professional experience in banking & finance or corporate law
• Excellent academic record
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with high initiative
