- Supervise and support five internal service employees, both technically and in personal and human development
- Ensure the efficiency of processes and the quality of responses to customer requests
- Ensure smooth workflow within the General Agency (Fribourg and Yverdon) and main agencies
- Participate in the strategy and future vision of the agency as a member of the general agency management
- Implement processes related to the omnichannel distribution model
- Provide administrative and technical support to all agency employees
- Take responsibility for personnel management
- Supervise the practical training of apprentices
- Collaborate and regularly communicate with AXA regional headquarters departments for all administrative matters

Your skills and talents
- Proven experience in managing an administrative team
- Professional experience in the non-life insurance sector and administration, AFA is an asset
- Ability to understand the role of General Agent, to be reactive and proactive to support it
- Service-oriented mindset, solution-focused, with a desire to share knowledge and aim for excellence
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and empathy
- Stress resistance, structured and positive personality, with strong prioritization skills
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written; with excellent German basics
- Comfortable with common IT tools and ability to learn new digital tools
