Contract type: Permanent contract, full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Your tasks

• Demand- and deadline-driven disposition and procurement of operating resources, consumables, and services in the direct production environment
• Creating purchase requisitions via SAP
• Requesting and evaluating offers as well as developing substitution alternatives
• Receipt and inspection of tools and spare parts
• Organization and distribution of consumables
• Invoice verification and close cooperation with accounting
• Ensuring efficient material logistics in close proximity to the manufacturing process
• Close cooperation with the maintenance department

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, technical clerk) or similar qualification with professional experience
• Good technical understanding and ideally knowledge in handling technical operating resources
• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Organizational talent with a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Team player with strong communication skills, resilience, and personal responsibility
