- Responsibility for supervising a portfolio of medium-sized wealth management banks
- Proactive, critical, and risk-oriented supervision based on all available information
- Risk situation assessment, cause analysis, and implementation of appropriate measures
- Role as main internal and external contact person (Key Account Manager) with supervised institutions and their governing bodies (including Executive Management and Board of Directors)
- Critical risk analysis and approval of prudential audit strategies
- Participation in on-site inspections and conducting business model analyses
- Close collaboration with cross-functional roles and other FINMA divisions
- University degree in economics or advanced training in the financial field, or equivalent qualification (e.g., certified public accountant)
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in the banking sector (e.g., risk management or internal audit) or with an audit firm, with solid knowledge of financial market law
- Mastery of structured methods and excellent analytical skills to handle complex situations
- Interpersonal ease, clear and convincing communication at all hierarchical levels
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and rigorous approach
- Excellent knowledge of French (C2), very good knowledge of English (C1), and good knowledge of another official language (German or Italian, B2)
