The Electricity Distribution Department builds, maintains, and operates the electrical distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting.
Mission:
- Carry out billing of services according to established procedures and tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365), including contract management and allocations
- Manage the secretariat of the Electricity Distribution Director, telephone reception, and organization of appointments, meetings, and travel
- Ensure preparation, follow-up, and management of files, correspondence, and deadlines, with a high level of confidentiality
- Organize and participate in internal meetings and events, prepare agendas, and write minutes
- Contribute to process optimization projects, document management, and physical and digital archiving
Profile:
- Commercial training (professional maturity) or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong administrative management skills in a technical environment
- Excellent writing skills and mastery of MS Office tools
- Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) appreciated
