About the job
Our hospital, with its comprehensive range of services, ensures outpatient and extended inpatient basic care for the canton of Uri and is simultaneously one of the four largest employers in the region. The hospital employs around 590 staff and trains about 80 apprentices. We offer training as a diet cook with a federal certificate of competence. The diet cook is an advanced training at the professional examination level. The training lasts one year.During your training, you will get to know the following areas of responsibility:- Combining cooking techniques, technologies, and culinary art
