- Organize and execute a dynamic weekly program in the children's area.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children and teens.
Skills
- Experience in child/youth care or relevant education is preferred.
- Friendly, adventurous, and sporty personality to inspire youth.
- Creativity and flexibility in organizing activities.

- Organization & implementation of a varied weekly program in the children's area
- Care in the kids' club with creative craft sessions & exciting games
- Accompanying children to outdoor activities such as horseback riding, walks, and discovery tours in the open air & gondola rides on the Penkenberg
- Organization & implementation of a varied weekly program in the teen area
- Accompanying teenagers to cool outdoor activities such as escape room, go-karting, laser tag, and more.
- Care in the hotel’s own action park with trail park, ball sports hall, trampolines & skate ramp
- Promoting team spirit, adventurousness & sporting ambition among teenagers
- Ensuring a safe environment where children & teenagers feel comfortable
- Bring our STOCKI mascot to life & dance with the children (max. 15 minutes)
- Contact person for our young guests & their parents
- Warm, adventurous & sporty – You make children’s eyes shine & inspire teenagers!
- Flexible & responsible – You always keep an overview even during action-packed activities
- Friendliness & love for the profession – You appreciate working with children & teenagers
- Interest in new things – Open to trends & innovative leisure activities
- Pedagogical training or experience in child/youth care is an advantage
- Creativity in designing activities & programs
- First aid knowledge, especially for outdoor activities, is desirable.
- Teamwork & excellent communication skills
- Class B driving license
