- You strengthen our team of the dementia and delirium ward as a committed and professionally skilled specialist in the field of geriatric and neuropsychiatry and support the team in complex care and support situations.
- You actively work in the early and late shifts in nursing and care within the nursing team and contribute your professional expertise.
- You take on the role of daily responsibility and structure the daily routine with the nursing team.
- You accompany patients and their relatives individually as the responsible contact person through the nursing-therapeutic process.
- You ensure the implementation of concepts and guidelines in cooperation with the ward manager and the nursing specialist, thus enabling competent nursing care on the ward.
- Depending on interest and ability, you additionally take on the role of deputy ward manager for nursing and share responsibility for the leadership and development of approximately 25 employees in the nursing service.
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist FH and have a CAS in the field of dementia, or you have completed training as a nursing specialist HF with a DAS in the field of gerontological care or are willing to develop in this field.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of dementia/delirium or gerontopsychiatry.
- You are an empathetic and communicative personality with a high degree of teamwork and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
- You are interested in applying and further developing your leadership skills.
- You are an initiative personality with very good communication skills and enjoy multiprofessional collaboration.
