SUISA is the cooperative of music authors and publishers. More than 42,000 composers, lyricists, and music publishers have organized themselves in this company founded in 1923. SUISA ensures that music can be used publicly and that the rights holders are properly remunerated for these uses. With sister companies worldwide, it collects royalties for more than two million authors and publishers. About 200 employees work at SUISA between Zurich, Lausanne, and Lugano.

The "Members" department is looking for reinforcement for its team in Lausanne until September 30, 2026.

Your main tasks

Reception and processing of written and oral requests from our French-speaking members
Registration of musical works by our authors and composers
Correspondence with our members and our sister companies
Reception of our clients and members who come to the reception

Your profile

Commercial apprenticeship certificate or equivalent training (business school, etc.)
Good command of computer tools
Knowledge of English would be an asset
Ease in contacts
Flexibility and versatility
You enjoy working in a team while being autonomous and you consider yourself precise, committed, and reliable
Affinity with music would be an asset
