The Kartause Ittingen is one of the leading seminar and cultural centers in Switzerland. Our guests have access to a hotel with 68 rooms, a restaurant and banquet area with around 1,000 seats, and over 20 seminar rooms with up to 450 seats. Restaurant Specialist 100% (a) Breakfast & Lunch Service
This challenge is what you are looking for:
Responsibility for the smooth running of breakfast and lunch service (seminar) Impeccable presentation of our buffet in compliance with all hygiene standards Advising and caring for our guests Organization and coordination of morning operations Independent management of your own service station
You bring the following:
Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or you have the corresponding professional experience You are a host personality with heart and soul You are a flexible and team-oriented personality with good sales talent Well-groomed appearance and very good manners Very good knowledge of German
