As a qualified nursing specialist, you take on daily responsibility / and conduct needs assessments for our clients F. You ensure the entire nursing process including NANDA nursing diagnostics and are proficient in common IT programs. In our primary nursing system, you take case responsibility - this allows you to provide holistic care for the clients and strengthens the continuity of care.
