Two charming houses with bright, friendly rooms and an adventurous garden offer plenty of space to play, discover, and grow. Your tasks with us
- You accompany our children with heart and humor through their daycare everyday life as a loving reference person as well as a curious explorer*
- You create creative, exciting, and everyday-relevant activities that inspire and promote children
- You observe, recognize, and support the individual needs and interests of each child
- You maintain open, appreciative conversations with parents and actively involve them in the daycare everyday life
- You take on daily responsibility and ensure a smooth, cheerful process in your
- As a trainer, you accompany apprentices on their path and share your knowledge with joy
- You contribute across groups and shape the community throughout the house
- A completed education as a childcare specialist EFZ, HF KP, KKE or an equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children and joy in accompanying them on their path
- Openness, creativity, and flexibility, even when the day goes differently than planned
