To complete the staff of the HUMAN RESOURCES department following the retirement of the incumbent, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant (M/F) with a workload of 70%-100%.

Mission

You will handle all HR administrative tasks for the assigned population: employment contracts, various certificates, work certificates, monitoring social insurances (disabilities, maternity, family allowances, etc.), collaboration in salary preparation (variable), updating databases, etc.

Various support tasks for HR projects complete your activity.

Desired profile

You have a commercial training and the HR assistant certificate (mandatory).

You have several years of experience in Human Resources in Switzerland (mandatory).

Endowed with excellent organizational skills, you work precisely, have a sense of initiative, are autonomous and possess a strong team spirit.

You are comfortable with MS Office tools.

You have a strong interest in the social field and are comfortable with people with disabilities, you have great ease in interpersonal relationships.
