As a Cybersecurity Specialized Sales, your mission is to promote and sell our strategic solutions (Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Sustainability). Working in tandem with Specialized Consultants, you will maximize the impact of commercial & technical actions to achieve quick and convincing results.
Sales and business development
- Devote 80% of your time to hunting: identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
- Activate your network to generate qualified leads and establish lasting relationships in the Swiss market
- Collaborate with specialized consultants to:
o Highlight their technical expertise and strengthen the relevance of offers
o Target sectors with potential to maximize impact
- Work with the CTO to align solutions and with the CSO to achieve overall objectives
Promotion of strategic initiatives
- Cybersecurity: Cloud security, identity management, penetration testing, governance
- Data & AI: Advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions
- Sustainability: Technologies reducing environmental impact
Engagement and networking
- Actively participate in professional networks
- Represent SPIE ICS at events to expand the sales pipeline and strengthen its reputation
Collaboration and sharing
- Ensure solutions meet client expectations
- Align commercial actions with strategic opportunities identified by the CTO
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (business, IT, engineering, or equivalent)
- 2 to 5 years of specialized sales experience, with proven success in B2B business development and conversion
- Ideal expertise in:
o Cybersecurity (cloud security, governance)
o Data & AI (analytics, machine learning, cloud platforms)
o Sustainability (green technologies, eco-responsible IT)
o In-depth knowledge of the Swiss market with an established network
- Languages: Native French, professional English
- Work location: Bussigny
