Legal Service Officer
Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor (UCIAML) | 50-100% | Chur
The Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor (UCIAML) currently employs about 135 collaborators in six regions of the Canton of Graubünden. In addition to managing the Regional Employment Office (URC), we organize active labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. We also carry out various tasks in the labor market and occupational safety sectors.
For the legal service section, we are looking for a legal service officer (50-100%) starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement, who ideally will take on the role of ICT power user.
- Processing cases in the unemployment insurance sector
- Issuing orders and decisions in the unemployment insurance law sector
- Independent management of correspondence in German and Italian
- Data maintenance and document management in specific systems
- ICT power user: first point of contact for IT issues within UCIAML
- General administrative tasks
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in case processing, preferably at a social insurance institution
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Italian
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of German
- Excellent knowledge of common Office programs as well as good IT skills
- Friendliness and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills with different target groups
- Flexibility, teamwork skills, and discretion
- Training or further education in IT and/or professional experience in ICT support is an advantage
