HVAC Maintenance Sector Manager (M/F)
For our branch in the canton of Geneva, we are looking for our future:
Your missions
- Team management and development: you lead and develop the skills of technicians and site managers.
- Technical support: you provide the necessary technical support to the team to ensure effective and professional intervention.
- Intervention management: you organize interventions and guarantee the contractual scope in CMMS, while verifying the application of maintenance plans via CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Subcontracting management: you efficiently manage subcontracting and cross-functional services in your sector.
- Reporting: you regularly report on your activity to your direct supervisor.
- Client communication: you are the main point of contact with the client, report on contract execution, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuous improvement: you propose improvements to optimize performance, operation, and customer service, with a particular focus on health, safety, and environment (H.S.E).
- Contract management: you ensure rigorous contract follow-up in collaboration with various company departments (Energy Efficiency service, sales) and are responsible for business profitability.
Your profile
- Significant experience in managing a technical team.
- Strong ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience in maintenance and equipment management.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the HVAC field.
- Minimum education: ES Technician or an equivalent foreign diploma in HVAC.
