We strengthen the Samaritan service throughout Switzerland – committed, in solidarity, and future-oriented. For this, we are looking for a dedicated individual from April 2026 or by arrangement who actively shapes our educational and organizational development.
What you can achieve
Develop and implement the national course and educational offering "First Aid" for clubs, private individuals, companies, organizations, and authorities.
Design and establish new educational products (courses, training programs, digital learning offerings).
Participate in projects for organizational development and process optimization within the association.
Organize and support conferences, further training, and networking events.
Support in the areas of quality management and certifications.
Work ICT-supported with the specialist departments (e.g., learning platforms, Office 365, digital tools, data management).
What you bring
Experience in adult education, organizational development, or project work, preferably in healthcare, emergency services, social or nonprofit organizations
Didactic and methodological skills in the development and implementation of educational offerings
Digital affinity and confident handling of MS Office 365, e-learning environments, and collaboration tools
Communicative, integrative personality with a strong service orientation
Understanding of the club and association landscape
Very good German skills, good French skills, and Italian an advantage
Willingness for occasional assignments in the evenings or on weekends
