As Regional Director of Revenue Management, you are responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies for our hotel portfolio in your region. The goal of your role is to sustainably maximize revenue, profitability, and market share through data-driven decisions. In close collaboration with the VP Revenue Management and the local hotel teams, you manage pricing strategies, forecasts, and the optimal use of all distribution channels.
Your future responsibilities
- Responsibility for the revenue strategy of a regional hotel portfolio
- Development and implementation of pricing, forecasting, and demand strategies
- Analysis of market trends, demand developments, and competitive data
- Preparation of forecasts and participation in hotel budget planning
- Optimization of revenue performance in the transient, group, and crew segments
- Management of pricing and availability across all distribution channels while ensuring rate parity
- Identification of additional revenue potentials and new income sources
- Close cooperation with hotel teams as well as sales, marketing, and distribution departments
- Conducting regular revenue, forecast, and performance reviews with the hotels
- Leadership, coaching, and development of the regional revenue team
Your profile
- Several years of experience in revenue management, ideally in the hotel or hospitality sector
- Experience in multi-property or cluster revenue management
- Studies in hotel management, revenue management, or business are an advantage
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with revenue management systems and data analysis tools
- Very good Excel skills and confident use of MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Result-oriented working style with a strong focus on increasing revenue
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the region
