Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join the Swatch store team in Aix-en-Provence.
A true Ambassador of our Watchmaking House, you provide our customers with a memorable experience by guaranteeing them a quality welcome and personalized support.
Thanks to your commercial spirit, you actively participate in the development of turnover and the achievement of commercial objectives.
As such, your main tasks are:
- Generate customer enthusiasm around our products and their story by sharing your Swatch knowledge;
- Welcome customers with a pleasant, friendly, and polite attitude;
- Sell and process payments for products;
- Open and close the cash register and store independently;
- Receive and check products (merchandising setup);
- Participate in after-sales service execution and minor repairs;
- Ensure the proper upkeep of the store (cleaning, tidying, and shelving).
Profile
- With a commercial education from Bac to Bac+2, you have a first experience in sales and are passionate about the Watchmaking-Jewelry and/or Luxury sector.
- You have a strong sensitivity to our products and have knowledge of the sector.
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and have a developed commercial temperament.
- Your presentation and level of speech are excellent.

Languages
