Sales Clerk Internal Sales Sinks Basins / Merchandise

Suter Inox AG is an owner-managed Swiss SME with around 150 employees, headquartered and with its own production in Schinznach-Bad. For over 75 years, our core competence has been the manufacture of high-quality sinks, basins, and custom-made stainless steel products for private kitchens. Our range is complemented by strong brands in household appliances, faucets, and kitchen accessories. Sales are made to carpenters, kitchen builders, or kitchen studios throughout Switzerland and via distribution partners in Europe.

In our internal sales team, you are responsible for creating and processing orders for the sinks, basins, and merchandise area. You provide our customers with professional advice and support by phone.

You work closely with our field sales staff and are the contact person for technical and administrative concerns.

We are looking for a motivated, team- and sales-oriented personality with a quick grasp. You are part of a young team and appreciate customer contact. You keep an overview even in hectic times.

Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar position. You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
