Do you enjoy personal contact with students and lecturers and like to independently handle administrative processes?
Department: School of Engineering
Start of work: From January 1, 2026 or by arrangement
- Managing the study administration system (EVENTO) as well as administration of the study program and participants
- Contact person for prospective students, students, and lecturers
- Recording registrations and deregistrations in the CRM system
- Issuing invoices and checking payments as well as archiving exams (digital and physical)
- Creating certificates and graduation documents
- Checking personal data sheets and other administrative tasks
- Preparation of events of the School of Engineering (orientation day, graduation ceremonies)
- Stand supervision at the information day (1-2 times a year)
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience
- Proficient use of MS Office products (Word and Excel) as well as flair for complex digital tools and interest in applying them daily
- Enjoyment of challenging tasks as well as routine daily business
- Reliable and friendly personality with networked thinking and a structured way of working
- Teamwork and resilience
- Primary workplace in Zurich; at least 1 day every 14 days in Winterthur
