100% Lucerne
We are offering a combined Service-Kitchen Internship (a) for hotel management students
Here is what you will do
- You welcome and take care of our guests
- You serve food and drinks in à la carte and banquet service
- You operate the cash register with the Vectron POS system
- You prepare mise en place at your own station (in service and kitchen)
- You prepare dishes at your station
- You ensure the proper handling of food and work equipment
What we expect from you
- You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
- You speak fluent German
- English skills are an advantage
- You are motivated, positive, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
- You enjoy working in a team
