YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Management of modernization projects and leadership of the project team, the cross-company organization, subcontractors, as well as external interfaces from project kick-off to handover to the customer
• Profit and loss responsibility for the assigned projects with the goal of delivering the projects on time, within budget, and with the required quality
• Contact person and responsible for the customer in all contractual, commercial, and scheduling matters
• Leadership of internal and external project administration, change management, and risk management within the project
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Completed studies as a mechanical or electrical engineer or equivalent education as well as business management training
• +5 years of experience in leading demanding and complex projects in an international environment
• Willingness to travel required (40 - 60%)
• Very good Hungarian, German, and English skills are mandatory
• Project management certification IMPA or PMP is an advantage
