- You accompany, promote, and inspire learners and students and actively support them in developing their action competencies
- You develop varied training sessions and design the transfer lessons for our students
- You bring fresh ideas into educational work and help shape area-specific tasks and processes – from recruiting learners/students to events to the development and implementation of training tools
