To strengthen our Packaging team (2-shift operation), we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of about 15 employees
- Packaging of pharmaceutical products (eye drops, gels, and ointments) according to GMP
- Ensuring efficient, trouble-free production
- Ensuring the functionality and operational readiness of the packaging machines
- Creation and training of work instructions
- Compliance with work instructions, GMP requirements, hygiene and safety regulations
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or machinery industry
- Professional experience in a pharmaceutical company is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience
- Precise, conscientious, and independent working style
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
You are used to maintaining an overview even in hectic times with your quick comprehension and to initiating the necessary steps in a solution-oriented manner.
