Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) M/F at 80%-100%
The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. All employees are committed daily to providing quality care to patients, embodying the institution's values: authenticity, exemplary conduct, and innovation.
The critical care service consists of 10 intermediate care beds and 10 medical-surgical intensive care beds.
To complete our team in the critical care service (intermediate care unit and occasionally intensive care unit, especially during night shifts) at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a:
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) M/F at 80%-100%
The main responsibilities of this position are
- Safe and high-quality care provision
- Collaboration in work organization and smooth running of service activities
- Participation in the supervision and evaluation of trainees as well as integration of new employees
We require
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant
- A willingness to acquire and develop new skills
- Proficiency in standard office tools (MS Office), and specific hospital software
- Good command of French, both spoken and written
- Excellent adaptability, collaboration skills, and good stress management
- Good tolerance for irregular work rhythms (day and night shifts)
- A motivated, rigorous, dynamic person with a sense of responsibility
