About the job
We are looking for a passionate Research Team Manager. You will be responsible for leading our multidisciplinary Circuit Breaker research team in Baden-Dättwil (Switzerland), part of the Central European Hitachi Energy Research Center.

Oversee different research laboratories, including safety
Your background

PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Technical expertise in following areas: circuit breaker, high power testing, plasma physics, and an interest in emerging research and technology fields

Several years of experience and proven track record in industrial R&D, with relevant people leadership experience

Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is an advantage
