Administrative Specialist for Practical Professional Studies (80%)
University of Teacher Education FHNW, Primary Level Institute
Your tasks:
The professorship for Practical Professional Studies and Professionalization organizes and manages the internships of students in the study variants for the primary level at all locations through the practice office. The tasks of an administrative specialist include in particular:
- planning, executing, and controlling all administrative processes in the assigned practical phases and internship variants
- advising and providing information in a central hub function between people from the school field and the University of Teacher Education
- ensuring and processing the remuneration of practical instructors
- expert use of various tools/databases within the team
Your profile:
In addition to commercial training and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications as well as several years of professional experience in administrative/management areas (ideally in the school environment), you possess the following social-communicative skills:
- flexibility and commitment
- networked thinking and proactive ability to act
- independent and responsible working style
- networking competence and willingness to coordinate with the team to ensure knowledge transfer
- very good communication skills
- interest in and ability to work in a team
