• You have completed training in social pedagogy, social work, or nursing at HF/FH level and have experience or further training in supporting people in creative processes
• You bring professional knowledge for work in the paper, ceramics, or project workshop and are interested in expanding your creative horizon
• You are resilient, responsible, and look forward to cooperative process design
• You are empathetic, flexible, and have a humorous and balanced personality
• You are interested in working together and are open to sharing your position with a colleague
