Job Description
- Support and deputy of the head of scheduling in organizational and personnel management tasks
- Assuming leadership responsibility in the absence of the head
- Creation and control of the daily OR schedule as well as monitoring of daily operations
- Coordination and control of bed planning and room allocation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, doctors, practice assistants, and other internal departments
- Ensuring the completeness of relevant documents and compliance with quality standards
- Participation in process optimization, staff training, and project involvement
Qualifications
- Experience in hospital scheduling and OR coordination
- Very good organizational skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Strong ability to manage daily operations with the capability to monitor multiple processes simultaneously
- Team- and customer-oriented personality with a professional appearance
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality
- Very good German skills; foreign language skills (English/French) are an advantage
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally Opale/Polypoint)
- Business thinking and appreciative communication
