Your Role:
In this role, you will report to the team leader of the Support team in the Platform department. The Support team manages highly critical systems in a multi-datacenters environment, with more than thousands of servers and containers and you will play a vital role in the service continuity for our customers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment. This role requires solid technical knowledge, good communication skills, and you must be curious and motivated to learn on a multi-technology environment. You will have the opportunity to work on various challenges covering a large technology spectrum (from OS layer, network, databases, applications, hypervisor, …) on different on-premises and Cloud platforms.
In the team, you will:
- Be the first level of support for system-related problems, from troubleshooting to resolution.
- Monitor system performance to ensure availability, reliability and security. Diagnose and resolve technical problems to minimize service interruptions.
- Handle incidents according to their priority.
- Use automation tools such as Puppet, Rundeck and Terraform.

About your profile:
- 2+ years’ experience as a support engineer.
- Understanding of network concepts (firewalling, routing, switching, VPN).
- Experience in Linux technologies, DNS, DHCP, load balancers, proxy, database.
- Experience in Windows technologies is a plus.
- Experience in the public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Used to work with DevOps tools (Puppet, Terraform, GitLab)
- Organized, dynamic, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with respect to the SLA.
- Education in IT (CFC / HES level or equivalent).
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English. German is a plus.
- Ability to travel to our Romandie datacenters for physical intervention.
- This position is open for both Pully and Geneva office.
