The Park Retirement Home is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
These are your tasks:
- You take responsibility for the proper application of the RAI NH instrument
- You ensure that all codings are correct and comprehensible, always based on carefully maintained care documentation
- You identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to develop processes efficiently, economically, and quality-oriented
- You support the teams practically with questions regarding RAI NH
- You conduct internal training sessions and ensure that new employees are introduced safely and competently to the application of RAI NH
- With your commitment, you ensure that the RAI NH assessments are not only professionally sound but also play a key role in our company’s success
- You monitor the RAI-specific and medical quality indicators, analyze them with your expertise, and report to the appropriate departments
- You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits
- Management of the Quality Assurance and Quality Management area
- You analyze quality data, identify improvement potentials, and initiate corresponding processes
- For our customers, suppliers, and internal departments, you act as a competent contact person in all quality-relevant matters
What you bring with you:
- You have completed training in the field of nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing as well as in quality management, and a qualification as a RAI expert
- You think quality-conscious and economically and want to actively shape the care process as well as the company’s success with your expertise
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, even in demanding situations
- You enjoy passing on your knowledge and professionally supporting the teams in training, introductions, and everyday life
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and open to appreciative cooperation at eye level
- You find it easy to work with digital tools
