To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the Specialist Responsibility Finance & Human Resources. The position is ideal for people who like to work broadly, take responsibility, and appreciate a meaningful task in a manageable environment.
Specialist Responsibility Finance & Human Resources (30%)
Your tasks
- Independent management of financial and operational accounting including invoicing and dunning
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements, budget planning, controlling, and statistics
- Payroll and personnel administration including social insurance
- Client and insurance administration
- Organization of administration and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in everyday life
Your profile
- Commercial training with further education in accounting and personnel administration
- Several years of experience in a comparable generalist function
- Very good IT user skills; experience with Abacus and/or Perigon is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- Enjoyment of broad tasks, service orientation, and team spirit
