The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 retirement apartments as well as 5 additional retirement apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

• Development and design of the activation process
• Independent planning, organizing, and conducting resource-oriented activation and daily life design in group or individual activities
• Ensuring and maintaining quality standards
• Planning and conducting excursions and events in coordination with management
• Supporting and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration in all areas
• Leading and coordinating volunteer staff

• Completed training as a certified Activation Specialist HF or equivalent education or training
• Professional work attitude
• Practical experience in long-term care
• Competent and caring interaction with our residents
• Enjoyment of the role with diverse challenges
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written

• Varied tasks in a committed team
• Good accessibility by public and private transport
• At least 5 weeks of vacation (depending on age)
