Construction Supervisor Quantity Surveying Roads and Civil Engineering (m/f)
80% - 100%, Entry immediately or by arrangement
In this role, you are responsible as the supervisor of our construction sites for complex measurements and billing. You also assist with calculations.
Your main tasks include:
- Independently preparing measurements and daily reports
- Preparing supplementary offers
- Timely and accurate billing of the construction services provided and monitoring payment receipts
- Preparing payment requests and inflation adjustment invoices
- Preparing corresponding supplements including adjustments in the construction program in case of contract deviations or project changes before their execution
- Maintaining good contact with customers and authorities as well as representing the company towards the client and construction management
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a construction supervisor or civil engineer in the field of roads and civil engineering
- Very good knowledge in measurement and billing
- Very good knowledge of SIA standards
- Negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Good German language skills
- Performance-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
