- Completed vocational training and professional experience in the insurance industry with a passed intermediary exam mandatory
- Professionals with corresponding performance records (e.g. VBV intermediary exam) are welcome
- Rooted in the region is an advantage
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer & service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
