• Welcome, support, and advise an international clientele in a warm, refined, and luxurious setting, respecting the Villars Palace's standards of excellence.

• Ensure personalized care for each client by identifying their needs and expectations to guarantee a tailor-made wellness experience.

• Perform all treatments offered by the spa, including world massages and aesthetic treatments, rigorously applying the protocols and techniques of the Kaea and Biologique Recherche brands.

• Adapt treatments according to clients' preferences, health status, and any possible contraindications, respecting professional rules.

• Constantly ensure the well-being, comfort, and satisfaction of the clientele throughout the spa journey.

• Maintain an impeccable level of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms, common areas, and equipment.

• Strictly apply hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards in force, in accordance with internal procedures and the requirements of a luxury hotel establishment.

• Ensure the preparation, tidying, and disinfection of materials and products used before and after each treatment.

• Actively contribute to the promotion and sale of spa treatments, rituals, and products by providing professional and tailored advice to clients.

• Participate in enhancing the image of the spa and partner brands through a professional, discreet, and impeccable attitude.

• Work in collaboration with the spa team and other hotel services to ensure smooth organization and optimal quality service.
