- Participation in the development of new products as well as planning, execution, and monitoring of quality processes throughout the entire product lifecycle (including test planning and statistical process control)
- Leading the quality circle and conducting analyses of risks, deviations, and customer complaints as well as providing methodological and technical support to all areas for sustainable problem solving
- Participation and leadership of projects or subprojects in the field of quality management and quality assurance (end-to-end process improvement)
- Support in the development and maintenance of quality control strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria, and measurable quality indicators (KPIs)
- Conducting internal audits and supplier audits
Your profile
- Completed studies in engineering sciences (focus e.g. process engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
- Training and/or experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001), risk management, test methods, statistics as well as quality tools (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC)
- Professional experience as a Quality Engineer (or in a similar function), preferably in a production company, ideally with foundry and machining as well as internal auditor experience
- Analytical skills, structured working method, and problem-solving competence
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least level B1), teamwork skills, and effective stakeholder management
