Your tasks
- Support of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers in the housing and real estate sector
- Processing projects in heating technology, condensing technology, and solar technology as well as tendering and placement of WOLF products with these customers
- Close cooperation and coordination with the respective sales consultants and regional sales managers
- Tracking the created plans and passing on information to the respective sales consultants to achieve a high success rate and seamless customer support from first contact to completion
- Support in the care of specialist craftsmen associated with these target groups and ensuring a smooth process
- Responsibility for the technical and sales support of the sales offices, as well as for compliance with agreed technical customer solutions
Your profile
- Completed technical studies in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, energy technology, or similar) or technical training with corresponding further education
- Extensive industry and product knowledge as well as experience in customer support
- Solid knowledge and corresponding network in the housing industry
- Several years of professional experience (ideally in sales)
- High negotiation and presentation skills as well as pronounced team and communication skills
- Good English skills and confident handling of all relevant IT applications
