For our 18-month trainee program, we are looking for motivated and flexible personalities who are ready to grow in an international environment. Your main location will be one of our German branches, and you will have the opportunity to gain experience at one of our locations in Switzerland as well.

• Get to know the world of agricultural raw materials trading: At our locations in Germany, you will gain comprehensive insights into the logistics and trade of agricultural raw materials and build up the necessary expertise.
• Practice-oriented learning: After 12 months, you will take on responsibilities independently and apply this knowledge directly in your first position within the company.
• International experience: You will participate in international events and trade fairs and expand your network.
• Further training: You will attend training tailored to your needs through the internal training offer of fenaco competent.

• You have a completed degree, preferably in the fields of agricultural or economic sciences.
• You are passionately interested in the agricultural sector and want to take on responsibility.
• You are goal-oriented, committed, and flexible, with a high willingness to learn.
• You are mobile and willing to work at different locations.
• You have very good German and French skills. Any additional language is an advantage.
