Job summary

Tasks
- Handle internal and external inquiries with friendliness and competence.
- Maintain and update patient data in the systems efficiently.
- Coordinate planned admissions and emergency entries with relevant parties.
Skills
- You have a commercial education with healthcare experience or a qualification as a medical assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP R/3 knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English, willing to work weekends.

- You record scheduled admissions and emergency admissions and coordinate them with the relevant departments
- You clarify concerns with health insurance companies and insurers
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial education with experience in healthcare or a degree as a medical practice assistant
- You have good MS Office skills, experience in SAP-R/3 is an advantage
- You have Italian and English skills and are willing to work on weekends
- You are a reliable, open person and enjoy working with people
