Spitex Glattal is the sixth largest Spitex in the canton of Zurich and has a service mandate to care for around 34,000 inhabitants. We are forward-looking and modern, employing around 90 staff members, 9 trainee health professionals, and 2 nursing students HF. - Coordinate internal and external appointments with doctors, therapists, or relatives
- Work closely with other professional groups and support good interdisciplinary collaboration
- Contribute your ideas to further develop processes and workflows in daily nursing
What defines you
- A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, as well as at least 2 years of Spitex experience
- Bring experience and great interest in planning and organization
- Have good IT skills, especially in handling the planning tool Perigon and nursing documentation
- Work independently, structured, and think solution-oriented
- Are a team player, strong communicator, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Appreciative communication culture and teamwork skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driver's license category B or willingness to ride an e-bike in any weather
