About the job
- You lead the area of specialized therapies and, together with your team of specialized therapists, ensure a high-quality and economical therapy offering at the St.Gallen location. In doing so, you also work yourself in therapies across various wards/settings.
- You secure and further develop our therapy and care concepts – you set the standards.
- With your planning of resources and deployments as well as the establishment of a substitute pool, you succeed in implementing a needs-based and coordinated therapy offering.
- By co-designing the strategic development of the location, you pitch in and ensure efficient processes.
- You relieve the ward managers and prepare the team for interdisciplinary collaboration through your professional support.
- You have completed training in a specialized therapy (sports/movement therapy, art or occupational therapy), preferably occupational therapy or physiotherapy, and have already gained some leadership experience.
- Through your experience in the psychiatric setting, you know the special requirements and handle them confidently.
- As an organizational talent, you master multitasking and keep an overview even in hectic times.
- You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and bring all stakeholders together to achieve goals jointly.
