About the job

• Friendly and expert advice to our customers, active sales of our products
• Management of the garden center & green area and a team of 6 employees
• Purchasing goods, organizing and implementing concepts & campaigns
• Optimal product presentation, assortment and layout adjustments
• Care and management of plants, garden accessories and auxiliaries
• Assistance in all areas of the LANDI store including cashier service

• Completed vocational training as a gardener with a skills certificate and leadership experience
• Experience in retail/garden center
• Independent working style, resilient, seasonally flexible, including Saturdays
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
• Passion for gardening and plants with a creative flair for product presentation
• Good PC skills (Office)

At the locations Bätterkinden, Lohn-Ammannsegg, Utzenstorf, and Fraubrunnen, LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut is present on the market as a regional company with around 95 employees with LANDI stores, shop & bistro, agricultural center, drying facility, grain collection points, gas stations, and a take-away restaurant.
