We are looking for an Agency Director capable of driving the operational, commercial, and financial performance of an agency.
Reporting to the Regional Management, you ensure the overall management of the agency and the development of its activity.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Define and drive the agency's development strategy in line with regional and group objectives.
• Develop and manage the agency's activity plan, ensuring revenue growth and project profitability.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners (owners, investors, architects, authorities) in support of the sales teams.
• Supervise the execution of general contracting projects, from acquisition to delivery, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost objectives.
• Ensure the financial responsibility of the agency: budget, results, risk management, and margin optimization.
• Lead, support, and develop teams (project managers, site managers, support functions) with a spirit of collaboration and performance.
• Ensure compliance with group standards regarding safety, quality, and sustainability, while representing the agency to local stakeholders.

You Bring

• Higher education in construction, civil engineering, or real estate (architect, ETH/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a department/execution/management head, ideally in the general contracting sector, essential
• Proven experience in managing large projects
• Recognized leadership with a strong ability to unite and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong network of key clients and partners
• Ability to make strategic decisions and steer the agency towards its operational and financial goals
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
