The Content Strategy and Planning team in Corporate Marketing is looking for a Senior Content Strategist to develop and execute content strategies across the entire customer journey, from awareness and perception to demand, adoption, and consumption—spanning both digital and physical engagement.
As a Senior Content Strategist, you will work closely with the Customer Journey Planning team to help translate customer journeys across the business and act as a guide on how the journey is realized through compelling content throughout our go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities include:
- Define content strategy for our end-to-end customer journeys mapped to integrated marketing programs.
- Build the resulting content plans for key marketing motions, designed to accelerate the customer through the lifecycle from awareness to adoption.
- Drive content execution efforts by briefing internal teams and external agencies, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across integrated marketing channels.
- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, including integrated marketing, content development, brand, and product marketing to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Be a customer advocate. Relentlessly champion the customer and the experiences they have with the content you create—how they find it, how they consume it, how they use it to make decisions.
- Leverage data and market insights for decision making including content optimization and new concept development.
- Understanding of the generative AI landscape and identifying opportunities to use AI in the content strategy and content production disciplines to unlock breakthrough scale.
Basic qualifications:
- 6+ years of demonstrated track record driving business impact through content.
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience and well-versed in best practices, including familiarity with customer journey mapping, buying committees.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to put the customer first.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Recognized as a self-starter with a bias for action.
- Experience managing across highly matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of content disciplines, including content strategy, SEO and execution.
