While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.To strengthen our Approvals and Admissions team, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled, and independent personality starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Independent processing of approvals and admissions with the cantonal authorities
- Processing of applications from health insurance companies
- Monitoring and compliance with relevant deadlines
- Processing documents and creating templates
- Management of document filing
- General administrative tasks
What You Bring
- A commercial education at EFZ / EBA level or equivalent
- Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the healthcare sector
- You are an accurate, flexible, and independent personality
- Your good language skills in German and French facilitate collaboration with the contact points; Italian is considered a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
