Your Tasks
- Comprehensive medical care of all patients in the Central Emergency Department
- You are the contact person for the emergency services as well as the specialist departments in the hospital
- Medical care of the admission station: ward rounds, participation in the creation of treatment plans, length of stay management
- Participation in the optimization of the organization of the Central Emergency Department and admission station
- Promotion of communication with the interfaces of the Central Emergency Department and admission station
- Participation in the emergency doctor service is desired
Your Profile
- You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine/surgery or anesthesia and aim to acquire the additional qualification "Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine"
- You have experience in interdisciplinary cross-specialty emergency care including emergency medicine relevant diagnostics and therapy
- Ideally, you have the additional designation in emergency medicine
- You are characterized by pronounced social competence and empathy
- You bring a high level of commitment as well as your own ideas, want to develop further and like to be "close" to the patient
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with your employees and actively contributing to training
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team spirit are a matter of course for you
