This position reports to:
Local Division Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you have the opportunity to lead local service operations and be responsible for the daily implementation to meet customer expectations through efficient operational performance. You ensure daily lean and error-free processes across the entire extended value chain, optimize costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you demonstrate your skills by creating, implementing, and reviewing the operations strategy for the defined area based on the overarching strategy.
The working model for this role is: hybrid.
This role contributes to the Motion Services Division in Switzerland. Key local stakeholders include Sales, Sales Operations, and Partners. You also work globally with various functions, factories, and leadership.
You are mainly responsible for:
Ensuring a clear customer focus, including timely responses and taking responsibility (m/f/d) within your direct area of responsibility.
Co-designing and implementing strategies that set the standard for how the local market and customers are served.
Ensuring long-term customer retention by providing a high-quality and consistent customer service experience.
Identifying and communicating business opportunities to the account team as well as leading, motivating, and developing direct and indirect team members.
Qualifications for the role
You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in roles with direct leadership responsibility and proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Overall, you bring 12+ years of experience in various functions, including customer-oriented (m/f/d) positions in the service/after-sales area in an industrial environment (mission-critical drives/motors applications).
For a solid technical understanding and peer-level exchange, you also hold a higher technical degree related to our solutions within the Motion Business Area.
You are a highly motivated leader with a consistent focus on customer needs.
You communicate and negotiate confidently (m/f/d) in German and English; French or other languages are a plus.
You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.
